Here the properties of the incoherent waveforms have been set up in a way that the overlapping of black and white regions gives flowing "organic" forms with occasional sharp points. Without color to give a cue, the eye instead tends to find "things" by association -- snakes, animals, faces (the same kind of thing that some people see in clouds and rock formations). The "things" may appear in either black or white. This is the only type of image in which I have seen this, and shows an interesting borderline case between randomness and order.

Prints are available on a custom basis. Also mugs. See main page.
